We aim to accommodate families and groups in adjacent rooms where possible and offer to allocate and hold accommodation for a period of 24 hours to give guests the opportunity to investigate and confirm travel plans.
We have a well practised process with our transport providers whereby guests are met punctually at Dalaman Airport and transported to the riverside in Dalyan to meet the Hotel boat service for the onward journey across the Dalyan river and to the Hotel. Arrivals and departures during the night are not a problem and rooms are available to guests immediately on arrival until departure at the end of their holiday.
